Route 15 is the 27th level in Pokémon Tower Defense.
Description[]
In the opening cut-scene, Giovanni is having a meeting at Silph Co. Headquarters with you, Joey, Team Rocket, Misty, Lt. Surge, Erika, Meowth, Sabrina and the citizens of Saffron City.
Giovanni has good news and bad news. The good news is that Mewthree has skipped taking over Fuchsia City! The bad news is... Mewthree is heading to Cinnabar Island. That's when Misty asks you and Joey if you still have Kyogre. Unfortunately, Joey reveals that Maruto has Kyogre. Lt. Surge has the idea for you and Joey to search for Maruto at Fuchsia City, and Erika and Meowth decide to come with you
Before entering Fuchsia City, you, Meowth, Erika, and Joey decide to do some training. As a training level, this stage has no Rare Candy to defend. In the level, you have three assisting Pokémon: Joey's Rattata, which uses Crunch; Meowth, which uses Fury Swipes and Erika's Vileplume, which uses Giga Drain
The Player receives a Super Rod after completing the level for the first time.

Trivia[]
- The cutscene of this level put an end to speculation to who possessed Kyogre. Joey says he lost it to Maruto in a Rock-Paper-Scissors game.
- This is one of the four levels with the most waves in PTD, tied with Safari Zone, Route 19, and Pallet Town.
- At the end of this level, the Old Man who gave you the Old Rod from the Old Rod Challenge level will then give you a Super Rod.
- If you look carefully during the cutscene, you will see that there are two sprites that look suspiciously like your mother's from HeartGold/SoulSilver and Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. This is not the only reference to Heart/Soul specifically when Gary tells Cal to find Gold in the 35th level of PTD in Viridian City.
